When is the phone number collected?
Phone numbers are collected during profile setup — when a user first registers or completes their NEEDA profile before booking or listing an item.
What types of messages will I receive?
Transactional messages only, including booking confirmations, pickup reminders, return reminders, and account notifications. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS.
How do I opt out?
Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You may also contact us at help@getneeda.app to request removal.
