NEEDA lets neighbors rent everyday tools and equipment locally. Owners list items, borrowers book them, and payments are handled securely in the app.
Late returns are charged a daily fee to encourage timely return. If an item is not returned after a defined period, it converts to a purchase at replacement value.
Borrowers are responsible for returning items in the same condition. Issues can be reported in the app and reviewed by our admin team.
After a rental is completed, your earnings are added to your NEEDA Wallet. You can transfer your balance to your bank account at any time. Bank transfers usually take 1–3 business days.
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app.
No. NEEDA works in your browser, but you can add it to your home screen for quicker access.
Weapons of any kind are not allowed on NEEDA. This helps keep our community safe and welcoming for all users.
